AllBaby “List & Win” Contest – Terms and Conditions

1.This contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and above. To participate, entrants must create a valid account on the AllBaby platform and list one or more baby items for sale during the contest period.

2. Contest begins on Wednesday 14th May 2025 at 12:00 AM (AEST) and ends on Wednesday 28th May 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEST).

3. To enter, users must list at least one eligible baby items on AllBaby during the contest period. Each listing counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of listings an individual can submit. The more items you list, the higher chance of winning.

4. A total of 2 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive [Prize Details, e.g., "$50 Coles Gift Card" which can be redeemed in Coles In Store only]. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

5. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on 2 June 2025 and winners will be notified via email within [7] business days.

6. All entries are subject to verification. AllBaby reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or appears fraudulent or automated.

7. By entering this contest, entrants agree to AllBaby using their personal details for the purpose of administering this contest and announcing winners. Entrants may opt in to receive future promotional communications.

8. AllBaby reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllBaby shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the contest or accepting a prize.

10. Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
